1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship from Dublin, Ireland.

3. Order Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is on the way.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using An Post or another reputable courier. You may be required to sign for your delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

• Double-check your delivery address

• Contact your local post office

• Then, email us at zac@deadpheasants.ie and we’ll do our best to help

7. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If your order includes downloadable or digital content, you’ll receive immediate access via email after purchase — no shipping required.
